Pablo Maturana Barahona is a Civil Constructir ahd has a Ph.D. in Engineering of roads, bridges and harbours from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain, and currently, he works as a Full Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and gives the course called Estructuras I. He is also the Director of both the Construction Journal and the School of Civil Construction.
