* Idea: Quantum st
fluctuations affect light and particle propagation, masses, and possibly
other properties, and some effects can be seen as a violation
of Lorentz symmetry; relative corrections are typically of

of modified dispersion relations may have been the 1971 paper by Kirzhnits & Chechin
about the absence of a GZK cutoff in the UHECR spectrum.
